Through trauma-informed therapy and core relationship work, we help individuals and couples understand why we find ourselves stuck in certain patterns, including codependency and attachment issues, so we can build a stronger relationship with ourselves and, in turn, healthier relationships with the people around us.

Please note, we are a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance at this time. We will, however, provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, if needed.
